Zarafa Small Business Webaccess not working.

COS Business Bronze Zarafa Small Business
Web access times out on login page.


I'm starting to think COS 7 is a bit of a dud, I'm and regretting getting my client to purchase. Lots of shiny new features but the stuff not working makes me wonder.

    Well a huge shout out goes to the support guys! I don't have a paid subscription but they have worked all weekend to sort these issues. WOW! Thanks heaps guys.
    Apparently the issue was related to "the sandboxed MySQL engine was complaining about the proc table needing to be repaired" which I certainly could not have figured out. SO a huge vote of confidence in these guys and the product!! It works great now!

    Yes correct the page does not load after entering credentials.
    I'll submit a support ticket but I will also get you to take a look at the other issues as well.

    The 7 rollout has been pretty typical of any new release for ClearOS...the jump between RH major releases is significant...stuff the average user never sees but trips us up in places and not every one of those little 'isms' will get caught in the beta.

    Actually, from a support level, we haven't been too overloaded with problems.

    Not every, I'm and regretting getting my client to purchase.


    Don't be...we can help....if you want, you can submit a support ticket (no charge) here and click on the option to provide SSH/Remote Access (provided your client doesn't mind us taking a peak), and we'll get to the bottom of it today.
