How do I configure Outlook 2019 to use z-push with kopano

I am trying to test kopano and upgrading it, but I've no idea how to set up Outlook. I have Outlook 2019 activated. First time I set it up I could not get it to use Exchange so I set it to IMAP, which was easy enough. I have now installed the Kopano Outlook Extension and I'd like to set up Outlook to use z-push. Can anyone tell me how?

I have tried deleting the current profile and adding a new one but it automatically chooses IMAP now. I can switch it to IMAPS after accepting the certificates, but I don't see how to use Active Sync/Exchange/z-push.

    You indeed need to setup Outlook by manual profile.
    Otherwise you need to configure autodiscover, which should enable automatic setup.
    For me this is not yet working because of the certificates at subdomains.

    Fixed, I think. I had to go through the profile manually to set to Active Sync then go back and re-edit the new profile for it to accept the certificate.
