Let me clarify I am running clearos 6.6 the ffmpeg is out of date.

I know that clearos 7 has a newer ffmpeg but since there is no easy upgrade path except a format and install of 7 doing that is impossible as of this time since I do not have enough external storage to backup my raid array to do the reinstall.

Is there anyway that all the things used for ffmpeg in clearos 7 can be back ported to 6.6.
