if i need to customization and needs to keep our logo instead of ClearOS- What is the procedure?

Hi Team, I just want to know if year or 3yrs subscription is finished, what will be the effects on ClearOS server/Firewall. Will it stop working? Is there any way to see subscription is finished, or what feature will stopped working by default.
