voip applicaton not loging in

I have installed clearos 5.2 on a new pc,lan ip is 192.168.0.3 and wan ip is 192.168.1.4, I have ADSL internet connection. i have set firewall in allow all outgoing traffic and proxy is in transparent mode. content filter is disabled. i am able to web browse and to access internet on pc. i am using my phone to make VOIP calles, i can access internet on the phone but my VOIP service can'nt login. i can login on PC or laptop.

my VOIP client use UDP protocol and port 5060

please help

    It looks like you are double natted. Can you put the ADSL modem into bridge mode and use PPPoE in ClearOS or try to port forward 5060 from the modem to ClearOS.
