How do I receive the first email from the Gateway Management app for registering? Is this via the email notifications?

    Hi Marcel,
    Please raise a ticket with support@dnsthingy.com. Please give them your Box ID from your screenshot and the Serial number from the Registration screen. I am never sure what info they need. It may be something else.

    I'm not sure what you mean. I never registered the app or have a option to do that. Also I have a warning (see screenshot).

    I think it comes from DNSThingy/ADAMnetworks as you can end up managing multiple installations from the same signon.
