We are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues today. We have no QoS or traffic shaping in place, so my first thought is a bandwidth-hogging user. When I look at Network Visualizer, every source IP address is just our public IP, except for the local traffic over the VPN. Any ideas why this is happening and how I can fix it? thanks!

Sounds unintuitive, but change the report to watch your LAN interface, not the WAN. By the time it hits the WAN interface, client IP's aren't available because of NATing.

If that report isn't doing it for you, try using the underlying tool, jnetttop, directly from the command line.
