Issue
Slow LAN/Internet speed
Hi Guys!
Today I installed ClearOS on a VMware ESXI 6.5 successfully. But I have extremely slow internet and LAN speed on PCs and Notebooks. (38mbit)
In VM I have ~150mbit instead of 600-700 what I had with IPFire.
I tried to copy a file from VM OpenMediaVault to my notebook and just with 4MB I can copy.
Any ideas what can I check it?

I'd try choosing different LAN cards in the VM. Maybe ClearOS does not have a good driver for that one. You might want to make sure you have all the right VM Tools installed inside your ClearOS. Check if there are some VM drivers you could install. Different Kernels may behave differently. Try the very latest ClearOS 7 and try a really old one. I found they had removed some drivers for old NIC and RAID cards.
Sorry I cannot be more specific. I run ClearOS on VirtualBox on Linux Mint 19, seems speedy enough.
