Hello everyone!

I've just get started in ClearOS app development. I want to start contributing to the existing apps. But when installing the QoS app and try to run it, I got this error message: "Ooooops: File not found." (here is the URL link
https://x.x.x.x:1501/app/qos
).

Somebody can tell what's wrong?

Have you got QoS properly installed on your system using yum or the Marketplace so you can access it normally through port 81? You'd then pull your development app into /home/devel/apps. Once you have this cloned here you should be able to use port 1501.

Also make sure you have https://gitlab.com/clearos/common cloned to here.
