i am trying to use the Photo-organizer tool, i would like to set to overwrite in the destination folder the same picture, i want to use the photo-organizer tool to put all the pictures in a managed way in a folder even if in the source folder there are duplicates, also i want that the original's are deleted after it has been moved over to the destination.
How can i fulfill this?

The app is a front end for perl-Image-ExifTool and you can find the documentation at https://exiftool.org/. You may want to check it out. I've seen very little (nothing?) on these forums about the app and I don't use it.
