There was a temporary issue with the No Internet rule set that was resolved on Tuesday. Can you reply if you still have an issue?

Hi Jose/Nick, the first thing you would want to do is validate your device is being treated the way you expect. We built http://mytools.management/whoami for that purpose. It's a URL that will only work behind a Gateway.Management gateway. The possible outcomes are:

    1) you don't get the "whoami" page at all, but a public page that says you're not behind a supported gateway - this happens if you're multi-homed, exiting out of a different interface, or have a VPN connection which bypasses local DNS and firewall rules

    2) you get a device and MAC address that isn't your own -- this happens if you have a bridge between the endpoint and the gateway... there are good reasons to have layer 2 visibility (ie being able to see each device *real* mac address from your gateway)

    3) you get a device and MAC address that match the real ones

In any case, this page will tell you how your device is being treated. Hope that helps :)

I've re-enabled mine and put my phone in the "No internet" category and it is blocked. I can't surf anywhere. I don't understand the logging as it is all green showing the rule applied is "ISP". If I change the phone back to "Block the Bad" then it works again.

How have you set yours up? Are you using your server as the DNS server for the LAN (normally by specifying it in the DHCP server), but Gateway Management should intercept attempts no to use ClearOS as its DNS server.
