    The fix was just to stop the protocol filter from crashing. There was no attempt to fix the BitTirrent blocking itself. That should happen over the next few months.

    Yes i trying block BitTorrent there is no crashes, but a torrent download is possible.

    BitTorrent blocking is not working well (at all?) for the moment, but at least it is no longer crashing the protocol filter. I believe the app is going to get some attention in the next few months.

    Yes, the BitTorrent protocol blocker is used, but possible the download using utorrent.

    Are you by any chance trying to block BitTorrent? If you are, until recently Bittorrents made the protocol filter error out due to a detection issue. This crashed the protocol filter. An update was released to stop the error from crashing the protocol filter. I wonder if this is the error but now the protocol filter no longer crashes.
