Hi, I am trying to get clearos the manage 3 WAN interfaces:
2 separate ADSL connections with 6 to 8 MB bandwidth and an average of 25 ms ping.
1 satellite connection with 40 to 50 MB downlink and 600 ms ping.
The general IP settings are DHCP without DNS on all WAN interfaces and global DNS set to google.
Clearos functions perfectly on two connected links.
The load balancing redirects traffic on both interfaces.
When I connect the 3rd interface (Sat) , 2 out of 3 links are down.
I tried to set a static IP on all 3 but the issue is persisting
I also tried to set the sat link as backup didn't change the overall behavior.
Is there a specific setting I overlooked?
My goal is to redirect all IPTV and VOD traffic over the satellite link and let the default load balancer manage other traffic over the two ADSL links.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Can you have a look at your syswatch log? The issue may be that the response time via the satellite is too slow and ClearOS sees the link as down. it is possible to tweak values in /etc/syswatch, changing the timeouts, and protocol. The normal ping targets are 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1.

It is possible to configure per-device overrides as well. See the config file for instructions.
