HI Guys,

I am using clearos business edition in a Gateway Mode and use Microsoft AD as directory to create/update users/groups. Due to some technical issues I had to delete and resintall my active directory server (DC). After a fresh install I used the AD connector to connect to the new DC and the connection was successful..

But it seem not to fetch any users/groups. It says in Account System is offline and is stuck there forever. Is there a way I can uninstall AD connector and reinstall again?

Can somebody please provide any insight?

    Have you seen the Active Directory Connector Troubleshooting guide?

    Did you reinstall ClearOS. If so you have to do a couple of extra things before you do a config restore.
