Hmmm...I see that package in clearos-fast-updates...that repo should be available and enabled for everyone...we use it when we want to get an update out quickly.
I'd be surprised if you ran your install again and you still saw it...perhaps run:
yum --enablerepo=* clean all
Couldn't hurt.
If you still have issues, send us the output of:
yum repolist all
yum info samba-common
