ibVPN installed/configured but not working for devices

I have this setup in ClearOS 7.3 and devices are assigned to route through the VPN of my choice. The service is running but the clients are not routing through the VPN IP as seen when perform a "check my ip". Any suggestions? Hope this works as I signed up for the year ibVPN service.

Hi

I am ashamed

I changed my password at ibvpn after a reinstall in clearos put in the new password and now its working so I think even though I copy and paste it missed a character in the password

my own fault sorry but the good thing is everything working again

Hi

first of all thanks for the reply but I always do paste and copy

I did an uninstall en after that did a fresh install and now I get a reading : app-ibvpn-1.2.3-1.v7.noarch

It would not have uninstalled itself. Can you check for a typo? You should be able to just copy and paste my line.

read out from clear os = /code is not installed
