Last September 17, our company email domain which is parked at Clearcenter, stopped receiving emails.

Unfortunately, I’ve forgotten the password, and when I attempt to reset it using the “lost password” function, the new password is sent to the same email which is currently unable to receive messages.

How can I resolve this issue?

    Read this thread and ask Tucows to transfer your domain. You will need to set up your DNS again.
