I am new to this product and have a moderately simple setup. I have 3 interfaces:
LAN - 10.6.10.x used only for management access
HotLAN - 10.4.120.x - used for a WiFi guest network given unrestricted access to the Internet
External - Internet access only for the HotLAN segment
I have validated that the routing is correct and the ClearOS firewall (a virtual server) can ping traffic on all 3 segments and get anywhere on the internet out the external address.
I set a WiFi device gateway to the 10.4.120.x device address to route out. I have an egress firewall setup with no restrictions. I cannot ping outside from the WiFi device, but it can ping the gateway interface on the ClearOS firewall. I cannot see anything in the System log proveded in the gui. How can I see the dropped connections?

Is this a pure WiFi access point that you're using or a router acting as an AP? Does it get an IP address at all? If it is a router acting as an AP, have you connected to the router's WAN or LAN?
On a completely different track, can you give the output of:lspci -knn | grep Eth -A 3
ifconfig | grep ^e -A 1 -
