Issue
File timestamp
I recently set up my ClearOS box (primarily used as a gateway) to also act as an FTP server. I'm noticing an issue with the timestamp on the files in that they're in UTC, not local.
If I view the files through Windows on the FTP drive, Windows (I'm assuming) applies the local offset and the times look correct. However, when I copy them to a local HDD, the date and time are in UTC with no offset.
The web GUI shows the correct local time and time zone. The /etc/php.ini file has the correct timezone. Log files are in local time.
Can anyone suggest where I can make the change so that ClearOS stamps the files saved to the FTP server in local?
Thanks,
Bill
