Issue

Failed to join domain: failed to connect to AD: Operations error

Hi community,

I dont know if this is a bug of the Microsoft Active Directory Connector I purchased from the market but upon joining the existing AD it throws Failed to join domain: failed to connect to AD: Operations error in the web config.

I have verified many things, at this point I dont have any idea of what could be the issue.

My first thought was to open a ticket in support since this was "PAID" but apparently that doesnt matter (...) .

Hopefully a soul in the community knows what could be the problem.

Note: AD is a Windows Server 2012 R2 Essential

    We're seeing the same issue. If I use a non-privileged user, it gives me a green check, but any domain admin just give the same error. I have tried two different installation. Was thinking about purchasing, but won't if we can't get solved.
