If the VPN is refusing connections and OpenVPN is running ("systemctl status openvpn@clients"), then I wonder of your LDAP has become corrupt. In that case you could try a system restore back to, say, last Friday, or a point where you know the system was working. Any changes to the Users since then, including adds/deletes and password changes will be lost.
the status is connected green bar.
dont know why cannnot connect.
have been doing this all night -

The issue is definitely coming from ClearOS, but I am not sure where. You can trace the message back to /usr/clearos/apps/base/views/session/access.php and /usr/clearos/apps/base/libraries/Access_Control.php but I don't know why you are having the problem.

Disk space is OK. I am not sure what is causing this for the moment. Is it for all users or just the one? Can you reboot your system?
all added user i also tried add new user still same
error login ''Login was successful, but no apps are enabled for your account.''
i suspect this issue came from clearos itself not from ISP

So what apps have been enabled for your account? Are you using the Administrators app to give your normal user access to the webconfig? Otherwise the user con usually only change their password by clicking on their username at the top right or, if User Certificates and OpenVPN are enabled for the user, download their certificates, again, by clicking on there username.
i have accept OPENVPN For the account under /app/accounts/policy/members/openvpn
App Policies enable include openvpn
like i said i dont have issue connecting before,
before i can login to account
but today suddenly cannot login
