I can't seem to find a way to install the Encrypted File System module. It's not in the app store and yum list doesn't show it.

This app:

So there's no way to encrypt volumes within the GUI post-install?

Lots of ways...just not through the Webconfig GUI interface. ClearOS shares it's roots with CentOS, so any howto for CentOS 7 (or RHEL), will work on ClearOS.

For example, using the same library that the old Webconfig app was based on (DM-crypt), you could follow this howto:

https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/EncryptedFilesystem

Hope that helps.

Thank you. I can work with the command line. I want to setup an encrypted samba store so I was wondering if there is a way to do this via the GUI. I'll use the CLI.

I've updated the documentation to reflect this reality.

With the introduction in version 7 of encryption at the filesystem level (eg. you set this up during the first stage of the installer), this app was no longer useful and was not ported to version 7...only exists in version 5 and 6.
