Enable outlook and Skype, but no browsing

Dear all...
I just installed and run ClearOS 5.2 and now come to some basic need. For some users, I only want to give them email (using MS Outllok) and Skype access, without ability to browse internet. How do I do that? I hope I am asking at the correct room for my first thread.

Than you for any helpful hint. Bad english, sorry.

thx for the tips. I will give it a try, but since this is a running system, I'd better make sure with what i m doing. If we turn on user auth then:
1. we can set some user with full access
2. some only have email and skype access, but no browsing capability?

Hi Hans,

You will need to setup the Proxy and Content Filter, and turn on user authentication - so that only permitted users can access the proxy. (They will have to fill in their user / password everytime they browse the web). You can then determine which users have proxy access from the webconfig Directory > Users menu.

You can then create groups of users and restrict what content they can or can't see.
