Connection timed out

I am using COS 6.x. After I restart the system, I can not access to the webconfig from browser anymore and frequent on connection timed out even after several restarts. Please assist.

    I managed to access after restarting whole company infrastructure. Apparently, it was caused by the non-responsive DNS run on Windows Server 2012, which is on another server. Please mark this case as solved.

    If you can ssh in, what is the output of:
    lspci -k | grep Eth -A 3
    
uname -r

    Can you provide some more information?
    Do you know the IP address? (how is it allocated?) - Can you ping the server?
    Is it a datacenter setup or local setup? How do you restart? ssh or local? ...
