Yes, if you look at the screen shot, you can see its a Web Proxy error, yet i have NO block rules at all, its allowing everything out at this point in time.

The screen shot also shows what happens when you visit http://google.com

Ill try your other suggestions and see what i can find.

I've not seen this behavior reported elsewhere. One thing to try is to load up some log viewers and watch your traffic to see if the error is content filter or proxy related. In two separate SSH sessions run the following (where 192.168.1.133 is the IP address of the workstation that is producing the error):

tail -f /var/log/squid/access.log | grep 192.168.1.133
tail -f /var/log/dansguardian/access.log | grep 192.168.1.133

From here you should be able to see if there is some sort of 'Denied' policy going into effect.

Also, does this happen with every http >> https redirect site? For example, does it happen when you go to http://google.com ?
