We have some problem to use LINE PC and Skype on PC.
We use web proxy on non-transparent mode and static proxy on all personal computer. all computer can open website.
Some time cannot login to LINE PC, some time can login but can sent message.
How to fix.

I believe Skype is not very proxy friendly. Please search for "skype squid" and remember when adding authentication exceptions in the proxy that you do not add both a domain or a subdomain as it can cause the proxy to fail.
I have no idea what Line PC is. In the Proxy help screen (the sloping book icon at the top right) there should be links to proxy troubleshooting.
