I am still using ClearOS 6 and the Zarafa connector. (Upgrading to 7 manually is just too scary.) I just had to replace a PC - following the usual procedure I installed Office 2013, and the Zarafa connector, then made a profile for Zarafa and pointed to it as the transport.
After I fill in the server data, Outlook exits normally. When I restart Outlook, I am told that it cannot connect to the server. When I open the Zarafa server info, it is always empty. What am I doing wrong?
I know that I can also connect using active sync, and that seems to work, but it is not compatible with an Outlook add-in I use.
Thanks,
Drew Vonada-Smith
