I have an issue with my clearos server.
I replaced my old clarkconnect ( )and all seems to be well but...
I use a ftp server and some persons could download file from external link (tere is 2 external link) and the maximumspeed that they reach is 100kbps...
I checked the link with speddtest.net and normally, I could reach 800 kbps (same caracteristic on both link).

I tried to deactivate firewall... no more maximum speed.
I tried to set values in bandwith manager (uplaod and download) at the both link : no more..

I don't know what can be the origin of the problem....

Do you have some idea about this problem?
