Can not receive emails using Zarafa Community

Dear ClearOS fórum,
I'm working for a little institution in Brazil and, for the first time, we have the opportunity to host our own website and webmail. Our domain is provided by a regulatory institution (so we don't really own it).
We set-up a ClearOS 6.7 machine using our IP and our domain provider takes care of the DNS settings. We bought Zarafa Community from Clear Center and everything looks right: our website is working nicely and we can SEND emails using Zarafa, but we can not RECEIVE mails.
