Hi all,
Going to ask a small favour of anyone who has benefited from using ClearOS and reads this post. Can you take a few minutes anytime you're using ClearOS's Webconfig to submit an app review. If you've never done so or don't know how, the instructions can be found here.
You can submit anonymously if you wish to remain private. Also, if you're not that big into sentences, you can still provide input just by giving an app a star rating.
Now that the 6.5 whirlwind is calming down, we'll be spending some time to tighten up things, prevent new users from 'seeing red'...essentially trying to make the experience as good as possible. Using the reviews from a good sample size will:
[ol]let us know where to place our energy allow you to have a voice [/ol]
In addition, there hasn't been much activity on submitting reviews...not only do we rely on it but having a good number of review s (the good and the bad) shows people new to the community that we have a vibrant and active userbase and that their voice matters. ClearCenter also uses the metadata from the Marketplace on their website, and it would be nice to have some more activity.
The tool exists to close the feedback loop between users and developers...let's try and use it a bit more than it currently is.
Thanks.
Ben

Hi, Ben --
Tried to submit a written review, but after hitting the "Submit a review" button below, it stated there were invalid characters. Then I hit the "Submit a review" button above in the upper right corner which wiped out my written feedback. Perhaps you'll get more substantial feedback once this is corrected.
Thanks, Ben!
