I've deleted your duplicate post.

What version of ClearOS were you trying to restore from. You should be able to restore from 6.x and 7.x but not from 5.x.

You should be able to reset your directory by doing:
/usr/clearos/apps/openldap/deploy/reset-ldap please
rm -f /var/clearos/mode/mode.conf
But that will wipe your users. The you could try initialising the directory then doing another config restore.

    no, I didn't install any other directory but resore backup from old ClearOS configuration.

    But reinstall following appes makes it accessible the Directory apps from web consol
    yum reinstall app-administrators* app-groups* app-users* app-account-import* app-accounts* app-user-certificates* app-user-certificates*
    Then now getting same error: Oct 16 00:21:37 s002 engine: exception: error: /usr/clearos/apps/openldap_directory/libraries/OpenLDAP.php (433): 5f893bef => bdb_tool_entry_put: id2entry_add failed: BDB0067 DB_KEYEXIST: Key/data pair already exists (-30994)

    Have you by any chance previously installed the Microsoft Active Directory Connector?
