The Services Manager app provides an overview of most services (daemons) running on your system. It is a convenient way to quickly see a high level overview of your server with respect to what services are running and set to start at boot.
If your system does not have this app available, you can install it via the Marketplace.
You can find this feature in the menu system at the following location:
<navigation>System|Settings|Services</navigation>
There are no configurations related to this app.
The Red/Green on/off button indicates if the service is currently running. Clicking on it shows the Service Description which is a friendly name of the service.
The daemon (service) name, as defined in the init scripts (etc/rc.d/init.d/) and systemd unit files (/usr/lib/systemd/system)
A check-mark indicates this service is set to start automatically on boot.
The stop/start button can stop and start the app
The enable/disable button controls whether the app will start on boot or not. Enable to start on boot.
