Marketplace Unavailable

Hi i have issue with my clearOs. My Webconfig UI for Marketplace is just showing the following since yesterday.

Marketplace Unavailable

Another user or service is currently using the package manager. Marketplace is not available until the package management system becomes available.

Is there a lock file or something need to be install?
before i have no issue with marketplace
till recently

Any help would be appreciated
