Well, I'm not sure about that. I can map a drive to the netlogon directory, and can see the logon.cmd file, but only have read/write access. I can't run the file directly from the netlogon folder. I don't have permission. I can copy the file to my local station. I'm not sure if you are supposed to be able to run it from there or not, or how you give execute permissions to the files.
