When I got your first reply I was in the process of doing a manual file scan which takes some time. When it finished doing a scan, those notifications did not appear.

Today I did a yum update app-file-scan* app-antivirus* and no updates were marked for upgrade.

My file scan is set to run at 0200 and the updates started about 0300. SO... it 'appears' as though all somehow miraculously updated during a scan, messed up during that scan but then cleared upon doing a manual scan later.

All 'seems' well at this time.
