The following link: https://www.clearos.com/clearfoundation/social/community/miniupnpd-is-on-its-way-back-testing-required
which was posted below in this thread does not work. That's where I get the error message. No links posted in these forums to other posts work for me, they all redirect to the forum index.
I ended up figuring out how to install it using yum and it appears it's working. My problem (Xbox Live cant connect) seemed to actually be caused by netify, which even after "uninstalling" it from webconfig was still running. I had to remove it with yum. -

When I click the link to the Miniupnpd app I get the message: Sorry, but you don't have sufficient privileges to perform this action.

Thanks, Ben. I think I knew that at one time but forgot!

Netwatchd?
Way back in the days of ClarkConnect we had something called Netwatchd that would check to see if the net was up and log when it wasn't. It also updated the dynamic DNS entry for user.pointclark.net. Is this still around somewhere under a different name? I really liked being able to go through my logs and see when the internet was down so I could yell at my provider to fix their stuff

What about the Atom D510? I assume it also has issues? I have a SuperMicro 1U server with that CPU and it worked great for ClearOS 6. I tried to install 7 and it wouldn't install. I don't remember now what the error was. When the hard drive stopped working I installed pfSense and it works great with that.
Looks like I need to build a new system at some point. I really like the low power usage of Atom CPUs, and use one on my NAS server as well, it's a D525 so not much of an upgrade to use that server for Clear. -

I'm getting the same thing using the ClearOS 7.1 Community .iso
Every version of ClearOS/ClarkConnect gets more complicated and error prone. I'm not sure why I've bothered with it for this long, been using it since CC0.7 -
