Please help me that i want to implement social network like facebook,youtube,twitter uses 6 hours per day limits by IP or MAC based for all HR Department employees in my office. So that HR may not access longer than 6 hours per day.

Even i have failed to install the package of netifyd

rpm -q netifyd netify-fwa
package netifyd is not installed
package netify-fwa is not installed
