question for the group , new install of ClearOS and trying to get the FTP to work for 'users' onw of the sub domains I help with ,

I can FTP in a root but not as user , I have updated the Password for yours a couple times , I have the correct name and password , but cant loged in

I am on the same network so there should be any firewall problems , as I can get in as root


Help pls , this is stopping the page from getting some WP theams
