My samba Status is Dead

I installed ClearOS 7.1-Beta3, and

1) i added the SAMBA app from the marketplace
2) then i went into the Windoze Networking tab and clicked " SAMBA "
3) as i was filling out the server name, domain, etc. it said STOPPED,
4) so after i filled out everything i clicked Server/Samba and it said Status/Running
5) restarted the server, VIA the GUI console...
6) went back into Server/Samba and Status is Dead...
