I'm trying to install zarafa and other repos on my server and I'm hitting a brick wall I'm getting this error message. What's even more concerning is that when I try to install zarafa again it's asking me to pay for the $50 fee which hopefully doesn't mean it's double charging me.

I would like to get some input from anyone who's come across this error message before. so if anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it.

*edit*

I resolved this by downloading the libunwind packages from zarafa packages I would recommend clearos look into providing these packages on their repos for future reference.

If anyone else is having this issue you can download libunwind from here: https://download.zarafa.com/community/final/7.2/7.2.1-51838/

Or go to the previous page for 7.2.0 if you want that one.

@Peter that thread is...very interesting indeed thanks for the link. Glad things are resolved.

Ben thanks for the reply. I'll make a ticket as reference incase something like this happens to someone else and maybe you can replicate it. It seems that it's registered the subscription for zarafa home edition now as I've received a receipt in my email account.

    James,

You should submit a ticket here...the fact that Marketplace is showing that you need to repurchase means that a subscription isn't associated with your system...if that's the case, then you wouldn't have access to Clear repos that contain the Zarafa packages...you should not have to go digging around Zarafa's website to get packages.

By submitting a ticket, we can lookup your device and account history.

    B.
