You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Anyone a clue what is going wrong?

    Hi Nick,

    Only kopano is excluded now:
    exclude= *kopano*, *mapi*

    Its doing OK with yum!

I really dont have the guts to remove Kopano, im affraid it will mess up the ldap structure somehow. Besides that, sometimes they use the "archive" to search an old mail ;-).
So i gues im gonna keep it like this!

Thanks for letting me know. I was going to go to the excludes next as we couldn't see what could be causing it from our side.

Can I suggest you remove all the excludes as they may have a knock-on effect as there is always a default mail component in ClearOS and amavis is used by the file scanner and proxy. If you need to, uninstall app-kopan*. You may also be able to remove kopano* but be very carefule if it tries to pull out a whole load of system dependencies.

    Hi Nick,

Thanks for helping me out here.
Just found the problem, a collegue did modded the /etc/yum.conf

exclude=amavis*, *kopano*, *mapi*, *libkc*, *python*, *xapian*, libs3-4

I removed the python thing and now it runs the updates!
He did that to exclude the kopano packages. Kopano is not needed anymore cause they went over to 365.

Im very sorry for wasting your time!!!
    Thanks again for the help!

I've regenerated the repos, I think. Can you try again with:
    rm -rf /var/cache/yum/
    yum update

I don't know why you can't see the updates packages for the moment. I am trying something, after which I'll need the Americans to come on line.

App-events is fine. It is telling you the current version, 1:2.5.3-1.v7, will be updated by 1:2.5.4-1.v7 (and your red event counter at the top right of the webconfig will be reset).

    Hi Nick,

    yum list systemd-python python-firewall --show-duplicates
    Installed Packages
    python-firewall.noarch 0.6.3-2.el7_7.2 @clearos-centos-verified
    systemd-python.x86_64 219-67.el7_7.2 @clearos-centos-verified

I know i can update some of it seperate ;-)
But why is it stuck ?

Also this looks strange to me:

    ---> Package app-events.noarch 1:2.5.3-1.v7 will be updated
---> Package app-events.noarch 1:2.5.4-1.v7 will be an update

    What do you get from:
    yum list systemd-python python-firewall --show-duplicates
It looks like there is a similar issue with python-firewall.

You should also be able to pick off some of the updates with:
    yum update a* b* c* m* x* y*
You may be able to get a few of the other as as well.

This is weird. Yum update should also be updating systemd-python to systemd-python-219-67.el7_7.3.x86_64. I've checked in the Amsterdam mirrors and it is there. Mine updated successfully last week although I can't tell which mirror it used.

    Try a:
    rm -rf /var/cache/yum/
    yum update

The "rm -rf ..." is a more thorough "yum clean all" which only hits enabled repos and possibly not the dynamically enabled ones like the paid and verified ones.
