I have the latest v7.4 freshly installed on a spare desktop in gateway mode. While going through all the apps I have installed, the Gateway Management Community dashboard tells me "Your ID box is disabled. To enable it, update your billing information or contact us". I thought the community edition of the gateway management is free. Am I mistaken?

    Hi Nick, I could not get it working so I uninstalled it. Will try again next time.

    I've just checked and you're right. Gateway Management Community is free. Gateway Management Business has a free trial but is then paid. Can you check which version you have installed?

    I can check when I'm home, but can you go into the Marketplace? I think I remember seeing a Free Trial only on the app and payment thereafter.
