Witsbits Becomes ClearVM
ClearCenter today announced the availability of ClearVM based on the recent acquisition of Witsbits.
ClearCenter will continue the operation of the Witsbits product under the new name, ClearVM, and plans to intensify a tight integration with ClearOS. Existing customers will continue to access their Witsbits-managed systems as before, without continued interruptions as experienced for select accounts over the last week as we transitioned from Witsbits to ClearVM.
ClearCenter is planning to combine it’s ClearOS operating system with the new ClearVM Virtualization Management Platform, and intelligently compete in the centralized virtualization market through the Witsbits acquisition.

Hi,
For rented root servers it would be good to have the ClearVM repos for a minimal Debian system (ClearVM is based on it right?). Otherwise lokal access to the server is needed or special configs as hosters have custom roms for the common linux systems. The repos could be accessed through a subscription like Proxmox is doing it.
Best
Robert
