At 2016-09-25 04:20:14 I get the following warning: High swap memory usage (100%)
:(
Can somebody tell me why?

;)

It is a little annoying because it is just at boot time, but you can't acknowledge it and make the warning go away. I just ignore it.

I have the same problem. At boot time and constantly thereafter although there is 4 GB Ram and TONS of hard drive space.
