Last week I setup a test server in order to familiarize myself with the product and capabilities. Last night I needed to move it from our test network to production, which is a different LAN and ISP as well.

The system initially came up but was limited because the DNS servers were different from the ISP. So I thought a server reboot would allow the visor to pull new DHCP and refresh these settings. When the server came back up, it was not able to register with the cloud service.

Next, I thought, no big deal all I have are test systems so I deleted the VM's from the management console and deleted the physical machine as well, and I will start over with a new USB ISO install on the production network.

Still having the same issues, attached are the errors I am receiving on the console. Marking this as private due to the images contain uuid strings

I was able to resolve this issue by assigning a static IP address prior to downloading the visor iso.
