That issue should have cleared yesterday. Please can you confirm it is working today by doing a:
yum clean all && yum update

No it is not working- i tryed yum clean all && yum update

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

    But no luck...

Something is wrong, then as the issue should have cleared on Tuesday night as the "clearos" repo was reset. For diagnostics, please can you do a:
    yum list systemd*
    and post the results.

To perform an update, please do:
    yum update --exclude=systemd*

    [edit]
After that please do a full "yum update" and post the results

Hmm. I am not seeing any private repos in your list apart from private-clearcenter-dyndns. Has your Home subscription expired?

In the Community there is an repo error and a couple of packages, libgudev1 and systemd-python, have not been pushed to clearos-centos-updates.

I could be wrong about the Home repos. Perhaps they don't get the private ones. You can either wait until it is fixed or do:
    yum update systemd* --enablerepo=clearos-centos-fasttrack

Hi if you have Home, it looks like your repo list is wrong. Can you give the output to:
    yum repolist all
If you don't see verified repos in your list, please can you raise a ticket on the Clearcenter portal and they will have a look.

There is a repo issue at the moment but I think it is affecting paid apps only. Have you tried:
    yum update app-base
    yum clean all
    yum update

It looks like you can ClearOS Community. Please can you confirm.

    What is the output to:
    yum repolist

    Big edit:

Looking at your paste, you are missing clearos-epel, clearos-centos and clearos-centos-updates. Please enable them with:
    yum-config-manager --enable clearos-epel clearos-centos clearos-centos-updates
