service webconfig restart

Hm i found a solution i did use first command yum history and there i se the last update was from 02 nov
ok someting wrong whid the dashbord a fast restart of server dashbord is ok now it show the update from 02

Question annyone have command to restart the local httpd dashbord

In case you're wondering, I've just deleted your duplicate post.

Your repolist looks OK. Next time, if you use something like PuTTy as a remote console (or something else if you use a different client OS) you can select by mouse then paste it into a post, preferably between "code" tags - the piece of paper icon with a <> on it).

What happens if you run a manual yum update? Have you also checked your yum log (but it should be the same as your first post)?

That is not right. Running "yum update" manually, I've had updates on 15/10, 20/10, 24/10, 27/10,31/10 and 01/11.

What is the output of "yum repolist"?
