I am just trying out ClearOS and need PHP >= 7.0 and MariaDB >= 10.0. ClearOS seems to be at 5.4 and 5.6 respectively. Is there any way of upgrading?

You can use PHP 7.4 in ClearOS
Just install PHP Engines by Marketplace
