Trying to install clearos on dedicated hardware, black screen after booting on usb drive

Hello,

I’m trying to install clearos on my dedicated hardware.

The hardware is :

ASUS PRIME H510M-A
Intel Core i5-11400
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16Go (2x8Go)
Samsung 970 EVO Plus
Intel E1G44ET PRO/1000 ET QUAD PORT PCI-E SERVER NIC DELL HM9JY CWKPJ

But I have a blackscreen after selecting the installer when booting from usb key.

Any idea how I can fix that ? Or is there any other way to install the firewall ?

    Nothing worked.

    Always a blackscreen no matter what a select / do from the installer menu.

    I'll just move on and try an other product.

    Obviously hard to diagnose, but it could be a couple of things. If you have a motherboard RAID, turn it off in the BIOS. The other possibility is a graphics incompatibility. You can do a basic graphics mode or a text mode installation. See https://documentation.clearos.com/content:en_us:7_b_installation_wizard and try the basic graphics mode first. It is also possible to force the graphics mode using a kernel parameter but I'd need to check how.
