I have a VM i have installed Clear OS on I wanted to test it out for as a content filter. My ClearOS is set up in standalone with no firewall with 1 NIC with a static IP of 10.10.2.20 and its set up as an external adapter. I have installed the Web Proxy and the Content Filter but when I try to point a PC at it by manually setting the windows proxy server settings to 10.10.2.20 Port 8080 I get access denied on all web requests. I haven't set any rules i just let the default filter settings. If i disable the filter and change the windows proxy settings to 10.10.2.20 port 3128. Im unable to access any website and just get a generic Windows message stating the proxy server is not responding. does anyone know the proper way to set this up or what i may have doen wrong?

Out of curiosity, what is the value in /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward? If it is 0, can you try changing it to 1? I somehow doubt that is the problem.
